How do you think ant man escaped the quantum realm?

In the new avengers trailer that released today, Ant Man has been seen in person but the last time we saw him, he was deep in the realm and so there is a lot of speculation including that he could easily get out because the woman that was previously in there did not want to get out in the first place . What do you think?
